Had an awesome experience at OSIM Chadstone. Alice was super helpful and explained clearly the model I was originally looking at, then she also showed me a better option that suited me more. I ended up upgrading and going a bit over budget, but honestly you get what you pay for, that’s how good she is at helping you find the right massage chair. She also explained the whole purchase and delivery process really clearly, which made everything super easy. Great service all the way through, couldn’t recommend her enough! 👍

The Udivine V2 massage chair we trialed at Chadstone was really good which made us all felt so relaxed after 5-10 minutes. Purple was also very helpful and knowledgeable with the products. A gift for purchasing in store is a fantastic bonus!
